Only that wolf pendant marks her as different from any native walking the streets of Nott; Julie has seen Geralt's up close and so she can recognize that it's not from this world.
Effortlessly used to ignoring the hesitation and boundaries of others, she wraps her arm around Ciri's without asking and guides her through the entrance of the loft and then up the stairs. Chandeliers of all different styles hang down and light the way, opening into one of the bright, colorful (but less garish than the club) sitting rooms. The air is a pleasant mix of scents that manage to not be overwhelming, different candles lit all around the room, their flames flickering off golden knickknacks and mirrors and any variety of jewel-covered objects. Julie lets go of Ciri and opens a door, dragging out a rolling rack that bears a wide assortment of costumes on hangers that she begins to flip through for Ciri.
It's possible she already had them and did not need to manifest them specifically for this meeting. ]
So these are some costumes! Like I said before, a costume can be really anything, but these are some real common ones. It can be a job, like nurse or here's a maid. Animals are popular, 'specially like cats or tigers and leopards. And then some are more about a time period, like this one here is called a flapper. It's what women wore in my world in about a hundred years before my time.
