[ Geralt would've given this to Ciri in person as close to the actual date of Yule as possible. He is not a man who wraps presents, and given the nature of it, wrapping it would be moot. It's quite obviously a sword.

Not meant to replace her steel sword, it's forged using the magic-absorbing ore delivered from Nocwich and is identical in make to the one Geralt commissioned for himself, though designed for Ciri's preference and taste. Silver isn't needed in this world, but every Witcher should have a second sword for tackling enemies of a magical nature, which is what this one's made for.

Etched down the length of the blade is a series of Elder runes that translate to Chaos flows through you, which Ciri may recognize as a portion of the inscription carved into the back of his medallion.

She'll also find a motorcycle of her own waiting in the Horizon, whenever she next visits. Geralt will tell Ciri it's from Nadine, since Nadine helped craft it, though it was clearly done upon Geralt's request. ]

[ She loves it. Of course she loves it, and tells Geralt so multiple times. (She'll have to extend her thanks to Jayce at some point too; it's kind of funny, he and Viktor ended up being responsible for both sides of this gift exchange.)

Naturally, she loves the motorcycle as well and will be showing it off around the Horizon when she finds it.

For now, she has a gift for Geralt in person too. A couple, in fact.

First, for Geralt himself: a large metal canteen wrapped in leather, on which is embossed the familiar sign of a snarling wolf's head. Ciri explains the metal is enchanted to cool any water put in it, and keep it cold indefinitely -- a luxury in the desert heat.

And second, for Roach (for Geralt, obviously, but she says it's for Roach): a set of new saddlebags with more room and better weather-proofing to protect from both sun and the rain that comes around these months in winter. ]

[ Though he's fond of the gifts she gave him, he's most satisfied by how much she likes hers. She reminds him of himself so much. Sometimes he looks at her and thinks with startling, overwhelming clarity, I raised her.

He spends the rest of the evening with her, of course.

She will find that Roach's new saddlebags are in use the next day, immediately. He trades his old ones in, and tells Ciri that Roach is pleased with her new gift. ]
